Medio Queso Wetlands, "Birders Paradise" Boat Tour.

Medio Queso is a wetland located in the town of Los Chiles, Alajuela, in the north border of Costa Rica and Nicaragua. It is home to almost 200 species of birds from seedeaters, ducks, teals, tyrants such as the Fork tailed flycatcher, endemic species such as the Nicaraguan Grackle and Yellow lesser headed vulture, all the way to Jabirus.

The Price is per person and lunch is included in Heliconia Restaurant located in Los Chiles just 5km from medio queso River. Important to note the price is for 2 - 4 persons, price will drop if groups are bigger. 14 people per tour is the max.
